As a Cirrus Platinum Training Center, we train pilots in some of the world’s safest and most advanced aircraft, focusing on exceptional customer care.

Our History
Co-owners of All In Aviation, Paul and Lindsay Sallach began their aviation careers at the University of North Dakota, the leading aviation university in the world, graduating with degrees in commercial aviation.
From there they began their careers as factory flight instructors for Cirrus Aircraft in Duluth, MN assisting new owners transition into their new aircraft and then served various roles assisting with sales.
In 2009, they relocated to Las Vegas where Paul started selling pre-owned aircraft with Lone Mountain Aircraft Sales and they started their family. Paul has since been involved in over 700 aircraft transactions and remains active as an aircraft sales broker.
In June of 2016 they launched All In Aviation and began working on a 5 acre, 26 hangar development at Henderson Executive Airport which opened in 2020. This new facility brought to Henderson its first pilot shop and help attract a strong leadership team.
Paul has been awarded with numerous business and industry accolades, including 2020’s “Small Business Person of the Year” for the state of Nevada from the U.S. Small Business Administration, and Vegas Inc’s “40 Under 40” in 2021, recognizing the top 40 most influential professionals in Las Vegas.
In 2022, Paul was recognized by their alma mater, UND, as the young alumni business person of the year. Paul & Lindsays top priority is to ensure our clients receive quality instruction to enhance their business and lifestyle with everything personal aviation offers.
With an emphasis on quality customer care, we operate primarily out of Henderson Executive airport (KHND), as well as fabulous North Las Vegas airport (KVGT).
Flight instruction is available in our aircraft or yours by our highly standardized and professional certified flight instructors.

Opened in 2020, our HND headquarters is designed around your flight training needs with personalized briefing rooms, modern pilot shop, and hangars that are managed by our highly engaged line support staff.
Our ALSIM SR20 simulator is a cutting-edge flight simulator designed to give our pilots an immersive experience as they hone their skills and prepare for real-world flying.
Every aircraft in our fleet of Garmin G1000 equipped Cessna & Cirrus come standard with airbags and is maintained to the highest standard possible.
