Phillip Starcher began his career in business finance at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas before switching to aviation during his sophomore year. With initial training as a private pilot at Flyright Aviation Inc., he furthered his experience as a Line Service Technician and Aircraft
Refueler at Atlantic Aviation before relocating to Arizona. Starcher attended Arizona State University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor degree in aeronautical management technology, specializing in professional flight. While earning his degree, Starcher
trained at ATP Flight School, earning his instrument, commercial single engine land, multi-engine, CFI, CFII, and MEI certificates. After graduation, Starcher returned to Las Vegas serving as a Certified Flight Instructor at Flyright Aviation Inc. before joining All In Aviation, where he currently trains students pursuing private, instrument, and commercial certificates.
